generation_kill community. Even though the maintainers are different, they are run in cooperation. Posting on both comms is encouraged, but not required.
Welcome to Generation Kill. Generation Kill is a 7-part miniseries on HBO, based on Evan Wright's book about his experiences as an embedded reporter with the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion during the Iraq war's first phase in 2003.
Everyone is welcome to post fanworks of all kinds in the community, as well as discussions, pictures, videos and media pertaining to Generation Kill. When posting, please keep in mind the following:
01. Posts relating to fanfiction and downloads must be locked.
02. Images wider than 450px should be placed under a cut. Icon posts should have no more than 4 icons outside a cut.
03. Include a headline with the entry, and use the tags. If the required tag is not available, contact the mods and one will be created for you.
Fanfiction posts need to be tagged with fan: fiction, together with rating, pairing and author tags. Genre tags are optional.
04. Please do not link to locked entries. If the post in your personal journal is locked later on, please come back to![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
